Join small scale mushroom cultivation expert Tom Nagy of River City Mushrooms, partnered with the team from Flourish, as he introduces you to the world of homegrown gourmet and medicinal mushrooms.

During this program, you will acquire a basic understanding of what mushrooms and fungi are, what species and varieties can be easily grown both indoors and outdoors as well as how to best care for them to ensure consistent and bountiful crops of beautiful mushrooms.

As part of this program, you will also be assembling a lion's mane mushroom grow kit that you can take home and grow indoors. This mushroom grow kit will yield several times over the course of the next 1-2 months. A copy of the presentation material, as well as additional resources and sources of information will be provided to participants.

You will have the opportunity to sample ShroomDrops Tinctures and Dark Chocolate with mushrooms, and learn all about how mushrooms can benefit your health. Tom will then lead you through creating your very own grow pail of mushrooms to take home.
